Sharealedger, NFP operates in full compliance with United States Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6) guidelines for non-profit business leagues. All corporate actions, minutes, and exhibits are archived in our public community repository.

Membership Access Policy (Exhibit L)

Adopted October 1, 2026, Exhibit L establishes GitHub-based membership access, admitting current members gratis to the sharealedger-org/members private repository and establishing member register requirements.

Sharealedger is committed to strict adherence to federal and state antitrust laws. Community members and meeting attendees must not discuss or exchange competitively sensitive information, including pricing, fee structures, customer allocations, or boycotts.
